The Curriculum for Individuals

The Life \ Work Design experience is immersive, engaging, thought-provoking, and transformative. Over three days filled with incisive questions, compelling conversations, skill building, individual and group exercises, and personal and professional assessments, participants learn to identify and articulate their skills and values — and use them as the launch pad for goal setting and the actionable plan to achieve them.

The Life \ Work Design curriculum integrates strategic planning, self reflection and actualization, coaching, and skills development, creating a path for greater personal and professional impact — and meaning.

The Curriculum for Companies

When applying Life\Work Design in a company setting, we refer to the program as Management Matching. This process was created to help companies place the right people in the right management positions with the right skills and right interests. When companies do the work to assure the right match between management positions and skillsets and areas of interest, the result is a higher return both in successful outcomes and longevity.

Through this program, your company will:

Define the best job descriptions for the positions – identifying needed skills and outcomes

Work with up to 22 potential managers in the company to align skills and interests for best possible position matching

Consult with leadership about matching the potential managers with open positions

Provide an incredible benefit to personnel through a program rooted in professional and personal development
